Associate Attorney
TURTURICE & ASSOCIATES, LLC
Job Description Job Description Our general practice law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to help handle our high volume of cases across a wide range of general practice areas. You will work under a senior attorney on each assigned case and will eventually have autonomy over cases based on your experience and performance. We are especially looking for someone who can aggressively represent our clients' interests in and out of Court.
Our ideal applicant has experience, preferably focused on any combination of litigation and family, criminal, juvenile, corporate, municipal, estate and trust administration, or real estate law.
Responsibilities
Assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents
Negotiate settlements
Perform legal research
Daily appearances in Court and at various hearings before Courts of all levels in Western Pennsylvania,
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients
Qualifications
Licensed in Pennsylvania or awaiting PA Bar results is required
Practice experience is a plus!!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
