FT Cafe Shift Lead | CA | Beverly Hills

This individual is responsible for managing the overall flow and operations during a scheduled shift at the caf, while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with customers. Responsibilities include effectively leading a shift and providing direction to staff to ensure operations run smoothly. The role also involves monitoring breaks, ensuring food quality and operations in the back of house, taking the lead in ordering, stocking and replenishing items needed for service, attending to customers and exhibiting excellent customer service skills, ensuring DOH compliance and occupational health and safety compliance is met at all times, managing hours of caf staff based on the business, escalating issues to Store Manager when necessary, assisting with banking and cashing out for each shift, and performing other duties as necessary.

Requirements include 1-2 years of related experience, strong ability to multi-task, excellent brand knowledge, ability to perform under pressure without constant supervision, ability to anticipate needs based on environmental and guest cues, ability to work a variety of stations, ability to lead a team and diffuse any work related issues, ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time, excellent communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
