Job Overview GPAC is a recruiting partner for a nationwide chemical, fertilizer, and seed company seeking a Florida-based Experienced Retail Sales Agronomist. Sales Agronomist Responsibilities Make fertilizer, chemical, and seed recommendations to growers and farmers. Maintain current business and foster new long‑term relationships with customers to create and promote repeat business. Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactions. Forecast supply requirements by month and annually. Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently. Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology. Sales Agronomist Qualifications 3 + years of agronomy sales related experience. Must be driven, self‑motivated, and have a proven track record of job stability. Well established relationships with growers in the region or a book of business. A degree in Agriculture. Ability to work independently and with a team. Have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Able to provide professional references. Must currently reside in Florida (out‑of‑area candidates will not be considered).
