Senior Manager, Site Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support and act as system owner for assigned utility infrastructure
- Develop user requirements for new equipment and oversee modifications through installation
- Manage site startup, commissioning, and coordinate validation activities for equipment
- Coordinate with stakeholders on troubleshooting and capital project execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance and provide subject matter expertise on assigned systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years biopharmaceutical industry experience with plant utilities
- Experience with power infrastructure, electrical distribution, fire alarm systems
- GMP knowledge and familiarity with large-scale production facilities
- Ability to read and understand electrical line diagrams
- Professional Engineer license desirable
- 3D model plant design software experience desirable
Compensation: $134,550 - $163,039
