Position Description & Qualifications The Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) of Serco North America is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Lead / Senior Military Analyst acts as the primary, high-visibility liaison bridging Serco, the U.S. Army Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and operational commands at Ft. Bliss, Texas. This strategic role ensures the programmatic objectives of the NGC2 program aligning seamlessly with tactical military needs and Serco’s corporate delivery standards. In This Position You Will Command-Level Engagement: Own strategic dialogue with Unit stakeholders and staff to champion NGC2 capabilities and align military expectations with Serco’s delivery milestones. Serve as the principal military analyst bridging tactical warfighting needs with Serco’s engineering requirements. Gap & Doctrine Analysis: Evaluate operational plans to refine command and control capabilities and optimize Serco’s delivery strategy. Exercise & Feedback Leadership: Act as Serco's senior lead during major operational exercises, translating complex technical updates into clear military outcomes while converting battlefield feedback into Serco engineering trouble tickets to drive continuous system improvement and mission readiness. To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have An active secret security clearance. US Citizenship Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience. OR a HS Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience. Experience across military operations, defense systems acquisition, and technical systems integration. Knowledge of government or other contracting environments relating to technical, scientific, and analytical services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and learn new technologies and tools as needed. Ability to travel up to 75% Additional Desired Skills And Experience Prior military service as a mid-to-senior level officer or senior non-commissioned officer (NCO) is highly valued.
