Administering Medications: Ensuring accurate dosage and timely administration of treatments. Operating Medical Equipment: Managing ventilators, monitors, and other life‑support devices. Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: Working closely with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans. Providing Emotional Support: Educating and comforting patients and their families during difficult times. Maintaining Patient Records: Keeping detailed documentation of treatments and progress. Responding to Emergencies: Acting swiftly in life‑threatening situations, including resuscitation efforts. Adhering to Safety Protocols: Following strict infection control measures to protect patients and staff. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License BLS certification required at time of hire 1 year of Telemetry experience preferred EEO Statement AA/EOE/VET/DISABLED.
