Job Description Manage daily activity of personnel who perform Flight Ops within a single team to meet Wipro Customer’s operating requirements. Ensure performance of all Tier 1 FlightOps activities in accordance with the Statement of Work. Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 FlightOps team activities at Wipro Customer’s facilities within a sector. Identify and report Tier 1 FlightOps team performance deficiencies to Contractor management. Identify equipment deficiencies and report them to Contractor management. Report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management. Provide Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance information to Contractor management. Qualifications Mandatory skill: Drone Scan. Experience: 1–3 years in a related field. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600.
