Physical Therapist- Scoliosis

Job Summary Reporting to the Supervisor of the Pediatric Service Line or designee, the Scoliosis Physical Therapist will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team and responsible for patient care assessments, treatments, and related duties, providing comprehensive care appropriate to the age of patients served in accordance with the department’s philosophy and objectives. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, treatment, and ongoing evaluation of care for the scoliosis patient population, as well as up to 50% of orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric patients depending on the therapist’s expertise. Ideal candidate will hold Schroth or SEAS certification and possess clinical expertise in scoliosis treatment, including bracing knowledge, team collaboration, and clear communication with patients and families. Schedule and Compensation Position: Part‑time Hours: TBD Shift: Day/Eve Pay: $37.00–$55.00 per hour Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program Previous outpatient experience strongly preferred Schroth or SEAS certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 4 months of hire Current Massachusetts license to practice physical therapy Skills Clear communication with patients and families Clinical expertise for the age and type of patients seen Problem‑solving skills Sound judgment in all duties Courteous and professional conduct Prioritization and responsiveness to urgent needs Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction English reading, writing, and communication proficiency Basic computer skills Ability to maintain confidential information Application Please visit for application instructions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Emerson Health
