Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinics in the Western Charlotte area. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment where your career can grow. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility, and functional deficits. Accurately document evaluations, progress, and daily treatment notes per compliance standards. Supervise PTAs and techs; coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless care. Conduct evaluations to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to promote independence and long-term outcomes. Qualifications Licensure : Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina. Experience : New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome; mentorship programs available. Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care. Physical Demands Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently. May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
