Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with call and late days as required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma service lines
• Assist with and support craniotomy and burr hole procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the operative process
• Participate in call and late days as required by the department
• Complete required facility orientation modules during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Operating Room service line
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required
• Current certifications as required – verification will be conducted
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer
• Must be able to pass a facility-administered drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana; positive results result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Altera charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
