Overview
Registered Nurse – Oncology, traveling assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date July 12, 2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,556–$1,616 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 12x3 schedule (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Setting: acute care unit with telemetry capabilities, focused on pulmonary/med-surg care. Note: No local candidates within 50 miles.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in an acute pulmonary/medical-surgical unit
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor patient responses
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry, identify changes, and intervene per protocol
- Document care in Cerner; communicate findings to the care team; participate in care planning and handoffs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient education
- Ensure safety and infection control practices; respond to emergencies and advocate for patients and families

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (Georgia)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the specialty
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Cerner electronic medical record experience
- Ability to provide care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
- Telemetry experience and ability to work in an acute care setting
- No local candidates within 50 miles
