Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Electrophysiology Profession: RN Electrophysiology Specialty: RN Electrophysiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Prior Electrophysiology Lab experience Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both cardiac device procedures and electrophysiology ablation cases. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures. This includes device implants and ablations. This role is focused on supporting the EP team and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes throughout the procedural process. Schedule is full-time with five (5) 8-hour shifts per week. Flexibility is required, as staff may occasionally remain late to complete a procedure. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after EP procedures. Monitor patients throughout electrophysiology and device procedures. Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Maintain procedural documentation and uphold all regulatory and quality standards. Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate.
