About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Brand and Communications. This senior leader will be responsible for driving the firm's brand strategy and integrated communications to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team and shaping the firm's market positioning, brand reputation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, such as global consulting, major law, accounting, or top-tier communications agencies, and will be adept at leading brand stewardship, strategic campaigns, and creative content development. They should be capable of building and leading high-performing teams, establishing clear processes, and implementing modern marketing and communication technologies. Key responsibilities for the Senior Director include serving as the guardian of the firm's brand, leading brand strategy, and ensuring consistent, high-impact communication across all channels. The candidate should have a proven track record in brand development, marketing communications, and thought leadership, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling market narratives. They will also be involved in reputation management, governance, and capability building, and must be prepared to work closely with senior leaders to support the firm's strategic priorities.
