As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You create positive experiences, follow up on leads, and close lease agreements. Responsibilities Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects. Lease apartment homes by building relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a Collier Companies community. Execute closing processes over the phone, via email, and in person. Generate leads by conducting effective follow‑up on the phone and through email. Create and implement promotional programs, including creative online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach, and resident events. Contribute to occupancy levels by renewing current resident leases. Maintain accurate resident files. Work weekends as required. Qualifications & Skills 1–2 years of leasing and/or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, housing, or multi‑family environment. College education preferred. Strong sales drive to exceed leasing requirements. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Customer‑focused mentality. Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs. Professional appearance and career mindset. Ability to multi‑task and shift priorities quickly in a fast‑paced leasing office.
