• Starting wage of $20.00+ per hour, based on experience
• Sign-On Incentive: Up to $500 for full-time employees; part-time employees are eligible for a prorated incentive

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, chopping, portioning, and plating
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient service
• Assist with banquet, event, and daily dining operations
• Properly store and rotate food products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
• Passion for food and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow direction

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy kitchen environment.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
