Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team in Billings, Montana.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and delivering workforce solutions that make a real impact in our community.

What You'll Do

Source and identify qualified candidates using recruiting platforms and networking tools
Recruit, interview, and place talent with local employers
Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and client companies
Manage and support a workforce of up to 70 associates
Deliver exceptional service throughout the employment lifecycle
Contribute to business growth through talent acquisition and relationship management

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
High energy and confidence communicating by phone and in person
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
