Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will help change the lives of our patients and residents, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for a variety of complex diagnoses. Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Delegate patient‑care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. Retention bonus: Eligible full‑time RNs may receive $15,000, eligible part‑time RNs may receive $7,500. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification required. Benefits Variable compensation plans.
