Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 / hour

Hours: 50-60 hours per week

Overview:
Leading Data Center owner-side field performance team. In the field, not the trailer. Walking the work continuously, know the status of every active work front on your shift, and drive crews to completions. You connect directly with working foremen and craft at the gang box level, remove obstacles in real time, and push production and efficiency hour by hour.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the owner's site performance team for data center construction, ensuring continuous presence across assigned areas during each shift.
• Manage hourly production reports to track completed work, identify blockers, and plan subsequent tasks.
• Report daily to the owner's delivery lead on project progress, manpower status, and constraints.
• Collaborate directly with foremen and crews to remove obstacles, sequence work efficiently, and maintain project pace.
• Flag material, equipment, access, and coordination issues proactively to prevent delays.
• Verify progress claims in the field, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of field supervision experience in large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Experience working on hyper-scale data center constructions.
• Proven track record of driving production in schedule-critical environments.
• Ability to operate independently and report directly to the owner's team.
• OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred; Medium Voltage (MV) experience a plus.
