We’relooking for an experienced healthcare leader to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director.The RoleThe Assistant Clinical Director is a key member of the clinical leadership team, supporting the Clinical Director and Administrator in the delivery of safe, high-quality home health services.This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, patient care, and operational support. Depending on census and agency needs, the Assistant Clinical Director may also carry a patient caseload and provide visits while balancing clinical and leadership responsibilities.What You’ll DoSupport the Clinical Director in overseeing home health services and ensuring quality patient care.Help develop, implement, and maintain clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and service personnel.Assist withrecruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluating, and developing staff.Support staffing decisions and coordinate personnel to meet patient and agency needs.Help ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards.Support coordination of patient care, referrals, and interdisciplinary services.Monitor patient and family needs and help ensure plans of care are appropriately implemented.Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff.Collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, families, employees, and community partners.Investigate and report concerns related to patient care, safety, incidents, or unusual occurrences.Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.What We’re Looking ForCurrent professional license in Idaho appropriate to the role; RN preferred.3–5 years of healthcare or home health experience preferred.2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Strong understanding of home health, community health, and patient care principles.Ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical staff.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to exercise independent judgment and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Why Join Crest?At Crest Home Health & Hospice, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on patients, families, and the team around you while growing your leadership career.If you're an experienced healthcare professional who is ready to take the next step in clinical leadership, we’d love to meet you.QUALIFICATIONS:Registered by the state(s) where currentlypracticing.Three to five years of experience in health care/home care,preferred.Two years’ experience in a supervisory position,preferred.Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.Knowledge of Agency policies andprocedures.Ability to supervise, guide and develop skills and performance of service personnel.Ability to exercise independentjudgment.Ability to work withindividuals.Ability to enlist cooperation of many people in furthering aprogram.Ability to assist in evaluating personnel per Agencypolicy.Monitors probationary period for newemployees.Ability to deal effectively with high levels ofstress.
