Job Title

Travel OR Scrub Tech – 13-Week Contract

Contract | Travel | Days | 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | 13 Weeks | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technician duties across a high-volume operating room environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties
• Assist with orthopedic, robotic, gynecological, urological, vascular, endovascular, and neuro/spine procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including robotic surgical systems, neurospine microscopes, hysteroscopy pumps, and endovascular suite technology
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio standard within the OR setting
• Participate in assigned stay-late call coverage during the week and occasional Friday/Saturday overnight call as needed
• Adhere to facility dress code and OR-provided scrub attire policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR Scrub Technician
• Demonstrated experience in neuro/spine procedures (required)
• Experience with orthopedics and total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, and urology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to EMR documentation (Altera)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with basic craniotomy and advanced neuro procedures, particularly for call coverage support
• Familiarity with DaVinci robotic surgical systems and endovascular suite equipment
• Collaborative, team-oriented work ethic with a strong work-hard, team-first attitude
