Responsibilities As the Team Leader at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you are responsible for the daily operations at your store. In the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, the Team Leader duties include ensuring effective restaurant operations, providing top-quality food and beverages while maintaining strong cleanliness standards, running great shifts by following standards, controlling labor and COGS, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The goal of Protein Bar & Kitchen is to identify and exceed objectives in driving sales, maintaining food and labor costs, developing your team, running a great restaurant, and serving our customers. Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality, and value to the customer Engaging customers and developing relationships, contacts, and networking Maintaining a positive morale among the team members, providing direction, and delegating effectively Foreseeing, identifying, and resolving any potential issues or problems throughout the shift Work the line/different positions as needed throughout the shift Preparing high-quality products consistently adhering to set standards and recipes Invested in you.
