Compensation: $40.00–$45.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday with a weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Facility Size: 117 beds
Patient Population: Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland .

This facility provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation , giving you the opportunity to work with a varied patient population and develop a broad range of clinical skills.

With a full-time 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation , this position is well suited for a PT who enjoys an active clinical environment and wants to make a direct difference in patients' recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs

• Provide skilled interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence

• Treat patients across both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care

• Track patient progress and update plans of care as needed

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes

• Promote patient safety and functional independence

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
