Herbally Yours, Inc. is looking for an organized, dependable, and communicative team member to join us as a Customer Service & Scheduling Assistant.
This role will help support both our customers and our internal production team by keeping orders, communication, and scheduling organized and moving forward.
Key responsibilities include:Entering and maintaining customer orders
Communicating order updates and timelines with customers
Assisting with customer questions and follow-up
Helping develop and maintain the production schedule
Coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Customer Service
Tracking order status, materials, and production readiness
Helping identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays before they become problems
Supporting better communication between our internal teams and our customers
We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working with multiple priorities
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Proactive and willing to follow up when information is needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good at keeping people informed and helping everyone stay on the same page
