Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within our aerospace facility. This position is responsible for ensuring production schedules are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and proven leadership skills. Essential Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees. Troubleshoot problems with parts and equipment. Ensure production schedules and customer delivery requirements are met. Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures. Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality and labor utilization. Act with integrity and ethical behavior. Oversee production methods and look for improvements. Coordinate several products simultaneously. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Experience managing employee performance and accountability. Able to read blueprints and operation sheets. Excellent organizational skills to be able to monitor the production process. Ability to act decisively and solve personnel or equipment related problems. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines. A results-driven approach. Experience in a machine shop environment, preferably with leadership experience. Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
