Leasing Agent
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO Pay Rate: $23-26/hr. (Depends on Experience) Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents using guest cards and targeted questions
- Process applications and secure deposits in compliance with Fair Housing laws
- Monitor lease renewals; distribute and follow up on renewal notices
- Maintain up-to-date resident files
- Support management with various tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience is required
- Recent Fair Housing training
- Flexible availability, including early evenings and weekends
