We’re working with a growing, independently owned small animal hospital in the South Bay area of Los Angeles that’s looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join their team — with a clear path to part ownership.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking a career that offers more than just clinical work. You'll be trusted with real autonomy from day one and have a genuine voice in how the hospital operates. While this isn’t a formal leadership position to begin with, it offers flexibility, influence, and a stake in the future of the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing routine medical and surgical cases with confidence and autonomy
Overseeing medical records and ensuring a high standard of patient care
Collaborating with the team to optimize appointment and walk-in flow
Supporting a positive, team-first culture that values communication and respect
Raising medical standards through evidence-based protocols and continuous improvement
Identifying opportunities for operational growth and improved efficiency
Playing a key role in shaping a supportive, forward-thinking workplace
