Route Sales Representative

45 hrs per week. Days off vary. Start times between 4am and 6am. Weekends and holidays required. Cover RSRs while sick or on vacation. Potential travel 50% of the month. Mileage/meal reimbursed. Hotel booked and paid by company. Descriptions & Requirements Job Description $64,000 per year target earnings. $2,000 retention bonus paid within one year of employment (based on performance and eligibility). Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. As a Route Sales Representative you drive a FritoLay truck to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records throughout the day. Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment Our jobs operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our work is physical.
