United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Team Members to join their team at Potbelly Sandwich located inside of the Cleveland Airport!

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a fast-casual restaurant brand known for its warm, friendly atmosphere and signature toasty sandwiches, soups, salads, and hand-dipped shakes. Apply now to be a part of our team!

Responsibilities

• Preparing, assembling and cooking items according to proper procedures
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Washing dishes as needed
• Taking guests orders and completing transactions
• Acting as a salesperson (suggestive selling) increasing guest check average.
• Collecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receipts and talking about guest survey
• Providing guests service, which includes greeting the guest and answering questions about menu.
• Displaying UCG's values
• Prep, date, and rotate product
• Stocking items and monitoring product rotation
• Basic clean-up
• Follow uniform/appearance guidelines

Job Requirements

• Stands for long periods
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
• Is able to pass a federal background check
• Executes tasks independently
• Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
• Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
• Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
• Works in or around large crowds
