A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Physical Therapist – Corrections Setting.  This would be  full time / 40+ hours per week.

Physical Therapist – Corrections Setting Hours

• M-F 7am-3pm
• Will require rotating between facilities - Corrigan - MacDougall - Osborn - York

Physical Therapist – Corrections Setting Compensation

• The pay for this position is between $60.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Physical Therapist – Corrections Setting Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, manual therapy, and pain management techniques
• Rehabilitate patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions
• Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued care or adaptive equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and infection control procedures within the correctional environment
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to all institutional policies and confidentiality requirements

Physical Therapist – Corrections Setting Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1 year of experience preferred
