The role will define requirements for a converged full-stack observability platform across metrics, traces, and logs, while delivering AI-powered experiences such as conversational assistants, intelligent investigations, and an Observability AI Agent for automated troubleshooting and remediation. Voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insuranceThe role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.Career Level - IC3Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and OCI Observability & Management priorities.Define requirements for a converged, full-stack observability platform that unifies metrics, traces, and logs to deliver end-to-end visibility across applications and infrastructure.Lead the product lifecycle from customer use cases and requirements through development, launch, and adoption.Drive AI-powered observability experiences, including conversational AI assistants, AI investigations, and agentic troubleshooting.Define products such as an Observability AI agents that can investigate incidents, create hypothesis, identify root causes, recommend actions, and automate troubleshooting.Partner with engineering and AI teams on LLMs, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and enterprise AI guardrails.Enable sales and support teams through product launches, training, content, and customer engagement.Build relationships with strategic customers and drive internal and external product adoption.Preferred Qualifications:BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.8+ years of product management, product development, or software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years in product management.Experience building large-scale cloud, SaaS, observability, distributed systems, or enterprise software.Strong understanding of full-stack observability, metrics, distributed tracing, logging, telemetry, and cloud-native architectures.Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS, cloud operations, containers, Kubernetes, and virtualization.Experience building Generative AI, conversational AI, AI assistant, or agentic AI products.Experience with AI-driven investigations, automated troubleshooting, SRE, or autonomous operations is highly desirable.Strong product leadership, communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-18
