Building Block Resolutions (BBR)is a fastgrowing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, always with evidencebased and compassionate care.
This is anentrylevel position with full training provided.Its a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. What the Role Involves:

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in inhome, school, and/or clinicbased settings

Were Looking For Candidates with:

• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Monday: 3:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Friday: 3:00 AM - 07:00 PM
