Janitorial Manager(Full-Time | Evening / Night Shift) Founded in 1993 and based in Conroe , Windsor Building Services has proudly provided professional commercial cleaning services across Texas for over 30 years . Job Skills / Requirements We are hiring an experienced, outgoing, physically fit janitorial professional to be solely responsible for a designated area of accounts in the Bryan / College Station area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values honesty, integrity, and long-term commitment , and who takes pride in owning their work without constant oversight. What You'll Do Oversee all janitorial operations for assigned accounts Conduct inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met Train new cleaners and provide retraining as needed Cover call-offs and assist with cleaning when required Manage supplies and equipment for your area Enforce company policies, safety standards, and accurate timekeeping Communicate with management and Field QC support (No direct customer interaction required - Field QC support handles that.) What We're Looking For Prior janitorial experience required (commercial or medical preferred) Proven employment stability and reliability Able to manage an area independently without micromanagement Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Mature, professional, and solutions-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This role is intended for someone seeking a long-term position with responsibility and growth .
