Media Project Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, unstructured environments
• Strong systems thinking and problem-structuring skills
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
• Experience independently leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• :Hands-on operations and strong program management and marketing operations experience, focused on process design, workflow/governance, and cross functional execution vs primarily growth or lifecycle marketing
• .Lead discovery and inventory of complex marketing and operational ecosystems, including paid media platforms, accounts, vendors, and billing structure
• sMap account structures, ownership, and data flows across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.
• )Identify redundancies, inactive assets, ownership gaps, and operational risk
• sDocument vendor relationships, support models, and internal ownershi
• pBuild and maintain a centralized system of record (e.g., Airtable or similar tools
• )Create clear documentation (process maps, workflows, governance models
• )Translate findings into prioritized recommendations and phased action plan
• sSupport early-stage optimization efforts (account consolidation, tracking, process standardization
• )Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, finance, legal, privacy, and external partner
• sApply structured problem-solving to additional marketing operations initiative
