FORVIA is looking for a year-round HR Intern for it's location in Simpsonville, KY. Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your profile and competencies to succeed The role of the HR Apprentice/Intern is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures, while obtaining real-life experience in a fast-paced HR team within a manufacturing/production environment. Duties will vary, dependent on the educational goals and objectives of the apprentice & the needs of the organization. In general, an HR apprentice/Intern can expect to: Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies Supportall Personal files and Employee Administration and Documentations Maintain employee files and answer employee queries. Assist in tracking training data for all departments PrepareHR correspondence and plant communications Lead/participate in Employee engagement activities Have Spanish speaking proficiency Other HR initiatives as assigned by the Site HR Manager or Site Plant Manager. Apprentice/Interns must be enrolled in an accredited 4 year College or University taking a minimum of 12 hours during the semester of employment or are part of an University credited Co-op or Intern program. All co – ops and interns must be eligible to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship.
