Visual Merchandising Intern

Summary Join the Visual Merchandising team as a full-time intern supporting visual merchandising operations and communications across the Americas from July through December 2026. The role is based in the Midtown Manhattan corporate office and requires 4-5 days per week on site. You will gain hands‑on experience creating presentations, coordinating projects, and supporting cross‑functional teams in a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day communication, coordination, and administrative tasks for the Visual Merchandising team. Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparation of meeting notes and recaps. Create and update presentations and decks for internal meetings and leadership reviews. Organize and maintain visual merchandising documents, guidelines, and shared resources. Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to support execution and follow‑through. Collaborate with retail, creative, operations, marketing, and central teams on cross‑functional initiatives. Requirements Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field. Availability to work full‑time from July through December 2026 and ability to work at or relocate to New York City. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
