Our commercial excellence and solid operations structure facilitate healthy growth.Successful candidates will be responsible to:Work within the ERP and CRM systems to maintain cost components and sell pricesWork with suppliers and the commercial team to process price changesAnalysis of margin impact on pricing decisionsManage the approval process for off-list pricing and supplier communicationReview and manage rebate accruals, submissions, and analysesCompletes and participates in daily and month-end accounting duties, as assignedContributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects, as neededChampion efficiency and process improvement within the pricing function either by contributing ideas or leading meaningful changeMonthly and as needed gross profit reviews, collaboration with commercial team to initiate and implement margin expansion measuresTrack and report on margin expansion through the various functions of pricingReview, edit, and approval/rejection of all customer quotationsSkills: Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with team-members in a professional manner. Detailed oriented and conscientious. Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to think strategically.Required Qualifications: Associate degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field MS Excel and personal computer experienceDesired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, data analytics, marketing, or a related field Experience in a fast-paced environmentCompetencies: Business Acumen Problem Solving/Analysis Customer/Client Focus Communication Proficiency Teamwork OrientationSupervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesWork Environment: This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed.
