This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

Base pay per day: $30

Rate per mile: $0.42 - $0.55

Rate per stop: $3.50 - $6.75

Rate per unit unloaded and delivered: $0.43-0.56

Multi-family per unit unloaded and delivered: $0.51-0.64

Delivery service per unit: $0.42-0.49

Cross-docking per hour: $15

Right-seat driving per hour: $15

New hire training per hour: $15

Safety training per hour: $20

Holiday pay per day: $140

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $58,000
