Compensation: $125,000–$150,000+ Potential Annual Earnings (Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission)

Allied Kitchen & Bath, one of South Florida’s established kitchen, bath, and home remodeling companies, is expanding its business and seeking an experienced, highly motivated Director of Builder & Trade Sales to develop and lead our growing builder and contractor sales division.

With an extensive showroom in Fort Lauderdale, established manufacturer relationships, and a knowledgeable design and support team, we offer an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to build a substantial book of business.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who already has strong relationships with custom-home builders, general contractors, luxury residential developers, architects, and interior designers throughout South Florida.

Our goal is to significantly expand our product-only and trade sales business, supplying luxury kitchens, custom cabinetry, bathroom vanities, decorative plumbing fixtures, countertops, hardware, and related products to the residential construction industry.

This is not a traditional showroom sales position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing business, building long-term relationships, opening new accounts, and creating repeat sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with luxury custom-home builders, residential contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.

* Generate new sales opportunities for cabinetry, decorative plumbing, countertops, hardware, and related kitchen and bath products.

* Establish Allied as a preferred supplier for residential builders and contractors.

* Build a pipeline of recurring business from multiple builder and trade accounts.

* Conduct presentations and private showroom appointments with builders and their clients.

* Collaborate with Allied’s experienced designers, estimators, purchasing team, and management.

* Develop sales strategies, establish measurable goals, and deliver profitable growth.

* Represent Allied at industry events, builder association meetings, and networking functions.

Ideal Candidate

* Minimum 5–10 years of successful outside sales or business development experience in luxury building products or related industries.

* Established relationships with builders and contractors in Broward, Palm Beach, and/or Miami-Dade counties.

* Proven ability to develop new accounts and generate significant annual sales.

* Experience with cabinetry, decorative plumbing, millwork, countertops, or architectural products is highly desirable.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.

* Experience working with high-end residential projects and affluent clientele is a plus.
