For more information, please visit our website: DescriptionMMR is seeking Field Engineer candidates to support field installation activities by conducting walkdowns, verifying layouts, resolving constructability issues, assisting with inspections, maintaining as-built documentation, and providing accurate progress and quantity tracking to field supervision.The responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:Relay RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications to frontline supervisorsPerform layout verification and field walkdowns inclusive of site surveyingIdentify and resolve constructability issues and design interpretationSupport quality inspections and testing by providing list of completed tag items for quality inspectionsMaintain as-built documentationReview daily installation progress and quantity reports generated by foremanCoordinate directly with foremen and supervisorsPerform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reportingWork with Construction Management and Superintendents to provide constraints reports impacting productivityPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper managementRequired Skills and QualificationsBS in Construction Management or related fieldMinimum of two years of field engineer and construction experienceExperience in electrical and instrumentation construction preferredAbility to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specificationsAbility to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervisionMust have basic knowledge in estimating and controlsWorking knowledge of MS Office softwareStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as neededRegular and reliable attendance at workMMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
