As an Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in protecting public health and the environment by ensuring industrial wastewater meets regulatory standards before entering treatment systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training and development. Working with other members of the team and the client you’ll build and maintain positive business and customer relationships and lead the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. You’ll also be responsible for implementing safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies. Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, and we’ll help you grow what drives you – and deliver the world’s most challenging Operations Management projects, together. #ourjacobs #bia #omfs #challengeaccepted Here's what you'll need · At least six (6) plus years of experience in the operation and maintenance of a water or wastewater facility· Four (4) years of supervisory experience· State of Washington or ABC Wastewater Grade 4· Ability to operate SCADA systems and other computerized equipment· Proficiency with Microsoft Office · Valid driver’s license with no major infractions· Ability to travel 10% for meetings & trainingIdeally, You'll Also Have:· High School Diploma or equivalent· BA/BS degree· Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong technical problem-solving skills · Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule · Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed · Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills· Experience developing and working within an approved budget.
