As a member of our team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient safety and outcomes. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive care, including physical exams, health history evaluations, and diagnostic assessments. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work, X-rays, and other studies. Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws, smears, and urinalysis. * Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications in collaboration with licensed physicians. * Develop educational programs for staff, medical students, and community agencies. Participate in training programs, seminars, and team meetings. * Collaborate with healthcare staff, physicians, and community agencies to ensure holistic patient care. Qualifications * Current Maryland Physician Assistant or CRNP or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner License. * DEA Controlled Substance Registration, Controlled Dangerous Substances License (or eligibility to obtain). * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
