You'll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a wide range of HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, heat pumps, and more. Level III: 53439 Level IV: 53455 Level V: 53456 Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent AND five (5) or more years in Construction or Facilities Maintenance AND recognized as an HVAC Professional documenting a certification course, EPA Section 608 Type I, II, and III certifications, and 2000 hours of HVAC work, and at least one (1) Specialty plumbing license, AND at least one (1) Specialty electrical license. Or Experience as a practicing apprentice in plumbing or electrical fields Or At least three (3) years of Military Maintenance Specialist IV. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Building Trades/Vocational Education Military experience Previous experience working on a military installation Special Requirements Incumbents of this job may be required to have a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) issued, which is issued only upon passing a federal background check (Tier 1) including a fingerprint‑supported criminal record check.
