Bank of China in New York invites a motivated HR Associate to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, background checks and related projects in a fast-paced banking environment. You will support policy implementation, conduct full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, training and employee relations activities, and collaborate with Payroll and outside counsel as needed.
