Senior Power BI Developer

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including report development, dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud-based BI solutions.
- Experience with Sigma analytics platform.
- Experience with Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong understanding of BI development lifecycle, reporting standards, and data analytics best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouse and cloud analytics environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and define technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective data models, visualizations, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop optimized SQL queries and data solutions to support BI reporting needs.
- Work with Azure-based data platforms to implement scalable analytics solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions.
- Ensure report accuracy, usability, and adherence to business and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, data engineers, and technical stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting solutions.
- Extensive experience with Power BI, SQL, and Azure.
- Experience working directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
