Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry (GLCM) is currently hiring a Toddler (Full Time)

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn, play, and thrive.

• Lead Teachers will guide the classroom, plan activities, and support overall development.
• Assistant Teachers will support the lead teacher and help bring creativity and joy to each day.

Together, you’ll inspire learning through songs, stories, art, and everyday moments.

Preschool Teacher Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of TDPRS Minimum Standards and TRS guidelines
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• CDA preferred and 3+ years of classroom experience
• A genuine love for young children and early childhood development

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom
