Licensed Claims Adjuster II

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Licensed Claims Adjuster II will investigate automobile accidents, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Key responsibilities Independently investigate casualty claims and determine liability through detailed reviews and policy interpretation Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with various stakeholders, employing effective negotiation tactics Required qualifications 2+ years of claims adjusting experience, particularly in determining liability Experience in claims investigation and negotiation preferred Proficiency in assessing coverage and property damage claims Ability to secure necessary adjuster and/or appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire Strong critical thinking skills to navigate complex claims situations effectively
