Our local family‑owned independent practice is building a different model. Who We Are Local family owned & operated, member of IVPA, 3 advanced general practices Dandy Acres Animal Hospital South Lyon Easthaven Animal Hospital Ann Arbor Shelter Bay Animal Hospital Novi Collaborative DVM team - 9 doctors in our existing hospitals, very high degree of collaboration/mentorship. DVMs can work between locations. Doctors and teams connected by constant live video between hospitals for collaboration Robust Staff - Surgical Specialists, Nursing Staff (two per doctor), Support Staff (cleaning, diagnostics), Front Desk Staff (scheduling, billing) Commitment to the highest standards of medical care. Constant upgrades to equipment, medical practices, and hospital facilities. Heavy focus on diagnostics. High tech hospital, integrated remote team of nurses and doctors dedicated to us for excellent collaboration and mentorship, as well as client care No commission based pay - no sales pitch to clients! Trifecta Medicine Mentality - Client Service, Patient Care, Hospital Team Owners/Management - local family of 4 - working around the clock to improve everything all the time! Generous and successful pet rescue program Schedule: Three 12 hour daytime shifts, 8am-8pm Mon‑Sun. No overnights. We plan to be open 6 days a week, with DVM schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off every week. Appointments every 30 minutes (per doctor) with a break in the middle of the day. Last appointment is an hour before close. Low tolerance for clients who don’t treat our team with respect and kindness Pay/Benefits $130-140k pay package (115-120k salary plus another 15-20k in benefits).
