These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3 Job Description The Pega Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, validating and verifying a Pega 7.2.x deployment in a FedRAMP cloud environment in support of the 2020 Decennial Census. This individual works closely with the Pega eCase CEDCaP program, Technical Integrator infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud leads to insure the proper environment is defined and deployed to support and scale for 2018 end-to-end test and 2020 Decennial. Qualifications Hands‑on expertise and experience with specific technical capability required Senior IT Engineer who applies extensive expertise as a specialist with significant experience in enterprise-level programs; solves complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity; performs work without appreciable direction and is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long term perspective; decisions result in an organization achieving critical organizational objectives; may function in project leadership roles and represents the organization as prime customer contact on significant technical matters on contracts.
