CMA (PRN)

Certified Medical Assistant – PRN position in Yakima, Washington. Working in an employer‑based clinic that provides primary, urgent, and workplace injury care. Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 6:30 am‑4:30 pm, Friday 6:30 am‑10:30 am. Compensation: $20‑$22 per hour, depending on experience. There are no guaranteed hours and no weekend or on‑call shifts. Typical Day Provide superior customer service to clinic patients and Medcor clients. Schedule appointments, greet patients, manage clinic traffic, and conduct follow‑up calls. Maintain accurate record‑keeping and run reports using electronic medical software. Assist with clinical exams, procedures, and laboratory work. Conduct drug and alcohol screening tests. Inventory and stock supplies. Collaboration with clinic staff, client staff, and local medical providers. Requirements Valid Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification or Washington Certification). Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or ARC. Positive and outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond for excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in a clinic environment. Minimum of 2 years experience.
