Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology-focused location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.14 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sun12:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with credential checks, directions, and other front-facing support functions. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, following post instructions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues promptly. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
